If you need to limit players' FPS on your server, this script is made for you. For example, during a car race, you can enforce an FPS limit to ensure fairness between all participants. This allows everyone to play under the same conditions and guarantees a more balanced and competitive gaming experience.

Usage :

Use exports["soracleFPS"]:SetFPSCap(fpsLimit) to set the FPS cap, and exports["soracleFPS"]:DisableFPSCap() to disable it.
